Émilie, a caring granddaughter and a professional in the dermo-cosmetic world, took care of her grandmother Marcelle every day, who was then 87 years old.

Marcelle, sharp-minded but weakened by age and incontinence, had skin that had become vulnerable, reactive, and easily irritated. Despite all her affection, Émilie could not find any care that was gentle, effective, and dignified, able to soothe and protect without being harsh. So she decided to create one.

From this personal experience was born a conviction: sensitive skin deserves expert and caring attention, at any age and without taboo.
